It is important you and your family have access to comprehensive care, coordinated over a period of time by a skilled physician.
An effective doctor-patient relationship, developed over a period of time with your primary care physician, will allow your doctor to more fully understand your specific needs. He or she will develop an in-depth understanding of your medical history and as a result, you will receive the highest quality of care possible.
A family doctor is a critical part of managing your health.
Book an Appointment with your Family Doctor
Read all of the following instructions carefully before booking online:
- You must have a family doctor at Dominion Medical Centres to book an appointment online.
- You can book online with your registered family physician only – you cannot book with another doctor.
- You have a choice of an In Clinic Office Visit or a Telephone Appointment. Select the type of appointment you would like in the Appointment Type drop down. Note: Your doctor may change the type of appointment at their professional discretion.
- Medical appointments cannot be booked online. You must phone the clinic and book with our staff.
- You will be sent a confirmation email once your appointment has been approved.
- Your appointment is not booked until you receive an appointment approval confirmation email.
- For security and compliance reasons our booking system is hosted by our Electronic Medical Record software provider. Please be patient while it processes your inquiry.
Important Information for telephone appointments:
- For Telephone Appointments, add the telephone number you wish to be
contacted at in the Reason for Visit box - Please allow up to a 1-hour call window after your appointment time
- Calls are limited to 10 minutes in length
- Calls may be from a blocked number
