The Dominion Executive Health Exam is a preventative health maintenance exam intended for individuals who want to take a proactive approach to managing their health. It is specifically designed to help identify health issues that do not currently exhibit symptoms but may develop into health risks in the future.

Your exam will include:

• Complete laboratory testing and analysis
• Medical and lifestyle history
• Comprehensive physical examination
• Spirometry
• Visual Acuity
• Audiometry
• Diagnostic imaging using CT and/or MRI scans (if required, fees apply)
• An embossed binder containing all test results, referrals and recommendations
• A follow-up appointment with the physician who conducted your examination
