Underwriting and claims
We offer a flexible underwriting facility with the capability, tools and authority to make decisions and issue policies on behalf of our insurers.
Our experienced Claims Assistance team provides proactive claims adjudication services. Associates provide a high level of personal service, recognizing that they often handle very important aspects of your customers' lives. Claims service is available in both English and French. We are committed to providing the very best claims management service.
Enrollment
Our processes, backed by years of experience, are aimed at facilitating the enrollment process for our clients and their customers, members, and employees. We know insurance products and our non-insured services well.
Billing and Collection
Using our systems and the business knowledge of our solid and experienced team of accounting personnel, we administer and support billing and collection for all our services and products.
We can help our clients with billing and collection through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), by pre-authorized chequing (PAC) from bank accounts, by credit cards or direct billing. We always do so accurately and securely.
