Since the commencement of its operation as a separate entity in 1996, DMC has secured a sound reputation for the breadth and depth of its professional staff. A team of talented specialists works in each discipline. These individuals are well-trained in our operating protocols, and work with our clients to fulfill their business mandate competently, whether in marketing, sales, billing and collection, customer service, claims adjudication or general administration.
The Information Technology team brings a high level of expertise to support these efforts through effective systems assistance. Being an integral part of the process, the IT team has designed and developed unique system applications to administer and support new and innovative services in addition to traditional insurance products. They work closely with our clients' IT departments to manage a seamless and efficient exchange of relevant information.
These teams are led by a Management Group of talented, knowledgeable professionals with related industry experience averaging in excess of 25 years.
